A special quality of solares bauen we see in the conection of scientifically work and in comprehensive practical experience. We support the conception and simulation on the TGA planning and construction supervision till the final acceptance on lage part of our projects.

All together 6 of our projects have been scientifically monitored and evaluated in the framework of scientifical monitoring studies, regarding the aimed results of room climate, daylight and energy usage upon a period of two years (after moving in).

Especially we want to call your attention to our projects Pollmeier and Solvis which are “laureates”. Those projects were looked for by us ?planerisch? in the framework of the Reaseachprogramm solarbau called: MONITOR checks. Both projects are exemplary for our work.
